All product pricing is presented in Canadian funds. Customers located in the United States will be billed in Canadian dollars. When you receive your credit card statement the transaction will be converted into U.S. currency.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. In stock items are shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of order. You will be notified if an ordered item is currently out of stock. Generally you can expect to receive your parcel within 7-14 days of it being shipped out. You will be notified by email when your parcel goes in the mail. Please note that all shipping charges include shipping insurance. Additional shipping costs may apply for orders being shipped outside of North America.

For orders within Ontario and Quebec, you will have the choice for Express or Expedited Post. All other shipping will be done by Expedited Post.

Expedited Shipping is FREE for Canadian orders over $200.

Books, patterns and knitting needles are non-returnable. Yarn returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the initial purchase date. No cash refunds will be given. Store credit or exchange only. All returns are subject to approval by The Needle Emporium. When returning items, the customer is solely responsible for all, if any, shipping costs.
