The Needle Emporium is now in its 37th year of serving customers. The store is located in a historic house in the town of Ancaster, just on the outskirts of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We are strategically located just off Highway 403, thus making us extremely easy to find from any direction.

Return Policy
Curbside Pickup? Please have a good look at your order when you come by for pick up. While you remain at the curbside, we will offer to exchange anything that is still in your sealed package if it's not what you wanted, needed or expected. Once you take it home, it's yours!
Mail Order - Final Sale (No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges)
We make a commitment to all of our customers that the products you are purchasing haven't been previously purchased. This means that they haven't spent a night, or even a portion of a day in someone else's home, car, bag, etc. We're really strict about that policy, especially when it comes to yarn and fibre.
